In the kitchen of our restaurant, traditional Andalusian dishes are prepared, centered in select products from our sea and our countryside. We make exceptionally all varieties of almadraba tuna, white prawn, salt rock fish, jig squid and a long etcetera, all of them fresh from the day.
We also carefully process our red veal meats such as sirloins and entrecote. Our meat comes from our own livestock that grazes in the fields of Tarifa. We also offer a wide variety of rice dishes, to suit the client.
Mardelevas Restaurant
The Hotel Gran Sol has an elegant and cozy restaurant with a large terrace, the "Mardelevas" restaurant. The "Mardelevas" restaurant has a capacity for eighty diners, its windows offer beautiful views of the beach and the sea of Zahara, in a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
You can make use of our cozy terrace, while having lunch or enjoying an aperitif, in a relaxed atmosphere with views of the Atlantic Ocean on the horizon. We also offer our clients the possibility of holding celebrations. We have a lounge with 100 seats and in turn the restaurant can adapt its layout for celebrations and events.
